This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from paulssonsang.se, operated by Atmtorp AB, Sweden, and is compliant with EU consumer protection legislation, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as implemented in Swedish law.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Upon a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, provided that the returned goods are received in unchanged condition.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible

  • The return must be sent within 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of products under EU law, including but not limited to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken

4. Refunds

5. Complaints & Defective Products

If a product is faulty or defective, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable EU consumer sales legislation, as implemented in Swedish law.

For consumers within the EU, this includes the right to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.


6. Governing Law

This Returns & Refunds Policy is governed by Swedish law, as the seller is established in Sweden.
This does not affect your mandatory rights under EU consumer protection law if you are resident in another EU/EEA country.
